dpsyco-base software package provides Base package for the debian packages of system configurations, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dpsyco-base
dpsyco-base is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dpsyco-base package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dpsyco-base *
You will get with dpsyco-base package name, version, architecture and description in a table
